SSL EARNS KEY PARTNER STATUS WITH LOMBARD INTERNATIONAL ASSURANCE SA

SSL has signed a Master Service agreement (MSA) with the No. 1 Life assurance company in Luxembourg, LOMBARD INTERNATIONAL ASSURANCE S.A. (Luxembourg), to provide application management services for its legacy business systems. SSL will support Lombard's technology requirements and engage in upgrade and maintenance of their business system.

JV FOR PAYMENT SOLUTIONS

SIPTECH, software solutions & services company and Trade Finance systems specialist China Systems join to bring to market a suite of payment solutions, the aim of which is to facilitate speed of payments and reduce processing costs, particularly in advance of SEPA. SIPTECH will provide engineering and implementation services on engagements through the venture.
